Returns Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 21-day return policy on all our products.

ZeroW Equipment offers a full refund for returned items, excluding your delivery fee. Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a store credit.

Once you have returned your item, please allow up to 14 days to process your refund once we have received it. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We advise that you keep proof of postage until you receive your refund.

Refunds are processed as a store credit, or will be issued to the original payment method.

If you'd like to return an item, you can do so within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective item).
• Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return.
