DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?
In Australia, the estimated delivery time for standard delivery in the same state is 2-4 business days.
In Australia, the estimated delivery time for standard delivery in the interstate is 3-6 business days.
In Australia, the estimated delivery time for express delivery in the same state is 1-2 business days.
In Australia, the estimated delivery time for express delivery in the interstate is 1-3 business days.
Standard postage across Australia is $12.95. Express postage is $17.95.
Standard free shipping for all orders over $150 AUD.
Orders placed before 12pm each business day will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
Our distribution centre is located in QLD, Australia, and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
When an order is placed during a promotional period or public holiday, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch and/or customer service response time due to the high volume of orders received.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes. Regional delivery addresses may experience additional courier delays.

What if my order gets lost?
If your parcel gets lost we will open an investigation with the Auspost or the international delivery carrier on your behalf. AusPost will cover lost items up to the value of $100AUD. To open an investigation please contact our team at info@zerowequipment.com.

Can I edit my order?
We can generally make changes to the billing address, delivery address and contact number on your order if we receive a request to do so prior to shipping your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the item, size, colour or quantity of an item or items on your order.

How long will it take my gift voucher to arrive in my inbox?
Your virtual gift voucher will be emailed to the nominated email address once your payment has been approved. If your gift voucher has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please check your junk mail folder before contacting us at info@zerowequipment.com.
